The Role
We need a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of key parts of our platform. This isn’t just about coding—it’s about designing, building, and optimizing systems that keep our supply chain engine running smoothly. If you like tackling big challenges, working with smart people, and having real ownership, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services.
- Architect scalable and secure data pipelines to solve real-world supply chain problems.
- Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and security—no bottlenecks here.
- Lead technical decisions and set best practices.
- Keep code clean, efficient, and well-tested (we don’t like technical debt).
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of building and maintaining complex production systems at one company.
- Expert-level Python skills (clean, scalable, and maintainable code).
- Strong experience in system design & cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Security-first mindset when handling sensitive customer data.
- Problem-solver who enjoys tackling large-scale system challenges.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS, DevOps, Linux, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with React or modern web frameworks.
- C++ background (not required, but shows technical depth).
- Experience with algorithms & optimization in production environments.
